Before his Real Estate career began, Josh served his country as an aircraft mechanic crew chief on the KC-10A Extender for the United States Air Force. After serving his country, Josh left the aerospace industry to further his knowledge in network engineering. In the late 90’s, starting at the ground level, Josh was faced with the challenge of managing and turning around a failing division within a major telecommunications company. Taking a proactive approach in identifying and resolving problems, reversing negative sales trends, controlling costs, and automating order systems, his foresight drove this failing division to delivering a multi-million dollar profit increase. His efforts and hard work took him to the top earning him a Vice President position over the division as a Results-focused effectual leader directing high-level business affairs for the corporation.
Continually striving for excellence and success, Josh left the telecommunications industry to pursue the opportunity in helping people with their Real Estate needs for over 14 years. His altruistic approach with people and Real Estate has led to a fun and rewarding career, even through these tough times, by growing a referable business of trust and reliability with his clients. Along with helping many with their financing needs and finding that dream home for homebuyers, he is highly trained and experienced in helping people who have stopped making mortgage payments for many different reasons. He has helped people in foreclosure sell their home for less than it was worth and put them back on track to buying another home in just a few years.
